FLAT SURFACE PANEL

Flat surface panels are a non-perforated product model used to provide more comfortable and aesthetic spaces with our other acoustic products. Different motifs can be designed by opening patterns and channels on it according to your requests. By mixing with perforated or grooved acoustic panels, it allows the sounds to be directed and reflected under necessary conditions.

The most important feature of the Perfofire panel is the fiber plaster core used in the panel. When compared to other wood-derived panels, this core provides dimensional stability, not being affected by indoor climatic conditions, and also high fire resistance.
The primary use of our Perfofire product, which is a composite panel, is fire safety. The product, combined with its acoustic comfort features, provides healthier and risk-free living places. Acoustic perforation models of the panels are also available with a wide variety of features.

THE FEATURE OF PERFOFIRE PANEL

Perfofire panels have been tested by coating wood on A2-s1, d0 fiber plaster board, which means non-flammable according to EN 13501-1, and Euroclass B-s1, d0 value is certified. With these features, it meets the expectations in modern and contemporary buildings.
The core structure of Perfofire products is plaster based. Plaster, which is tested as a non-combustible building material, is a material with high melting and dripping features compared to MDF panels.
Thanks to its A2 class internal core structure, it is resistant to flame for a long time compared to different wooden panels used. It increases the escape time from fire in interior spaces where it is applied.

B-s1,d0 - Class Definitions:
B: Diffucult flaming, s1: Exremely limited smoke generation, d0: No flmae droplets and particles exist.

ADVANTAGES OF PERFOFIRE PANEL

- It is a certified composite panel that fulfills the requirements of fire safety regulations in modern buildings.
- It is a non-toxic and non-flammable material.
- Panel surface can be produced with natural wood veneer, laminate coating or lacquer painted.
- It is environmentally friendly. While its components consist of natural materials, it is easy to recycle. It does not cause environmental pollution. It does not contain substances harmful to human health.
- Provides moisture transfer in the applied structures, allowing your spaces to breathe naturally.
- It is easily applied in the construction of partition walls, drywall linings, and suspended ceiling coverings in all interior places. Mounting systems are very practical. It saves time and money thanks to its easy installation.
- It helps to preserve the structural integrity for a long time thanks to its non-burning feature during a fire. It prevents the flames from spreading to adjacent areas to the building. It increases the reliability of living standards of your living environments by protecting your spaces from fire.
- Since the inner core material is plaster, it does not allow insects such as bugs and bedbugs to shelter and destroy the panel.
- It has sound and heat insulation feature thanks to its long-lasting, hard and, heavy inner core material.
- It is resistant to indoor climatic weather conditions. You can safely choose the panels even in places such as very humid pools. It is resistant to degradation such as swelling problems.
- Panels provide dimensional stability in all kinds of indoor weather conditions, and they are never corrugated. Even when you keep the fiber plaster panel uncoated in water for 24 hours, it shows a maximum swelling of 3%.
- It is resistant to impacts thanks to its long-lasting hard inner core material. Nail and screw carrying capacity is high.
- In Perfofire panels produced by our company, different products can be designed by using fire-resistant MDF, fire-resistant chipboards and plywood considering the place characteristics and project details.
